I could not have chosen a better firm to do a survey of our property. Not only was their representative doing the survey VERY professional, he was also friendly, courteous, on time & detail orientated. Their equipment & vehicle gave me an immediate impression they were very well maintained. The autocad & .pdf file of the topo were received within couple of days and they were more than happy to review few items with me via phone right away. Both files were neat & easy to read/orientate on. Items in autocad were labeled clearly & on well organized layers which saved a LOT of time & money during drawing preparation. Between myself & the PENG, we were beyond impressed! Their rate was very reasonable and each staff member I've spoken with (in person, via email or via phone) displayed superb levels of skill, professionalism & willingness to assist to ensure our needs were met. Thank you Terra Pacific team - your customer care & overall services are simply out of this world! From start to finish, it was evident, you put your clients first.

Im absolutely fed up with Delay after delay on a project I’m directly involved with. Currently dealing with people that cannot add two numbers together correctly is baffling. Whats more frustrating is finding out the mistake on their behalf, am I paying you to do this or should you be paying me for fixing it?

These people are fantastic" and do "great" work. I had them do a survey/property line for fencing and they did a fantastic job and also met with my neighbour to make sure all of her questions/concerns were covered. If you need surveying work done in the Erie County area, I highly recommend David Laird Associates. They were great to work with, and they completed the work quickly. I found them to be priced competitively with others who I contacted for quotes. The excellent customer service sold me.
